Alex and his team provided an excellent professional and compassionate service for my mum’s funeral last year, which in my opinion was outstanding.
Despite our grief, we all felt comfortable as a family discussing with Alex what we would like for her and Alex gave us some valuable suggestions as well as some helpful advice and gentle guidance with our choices to help us make a decision.
He reassured us that he would take care of all the funeral arrangements, which he did, and if we had any questions he advised us not to hesitate to contact him.
Alex has also previously won Best Service Award in Kent, so we knew we were in safe hands, but we felt we were given that personal touch and we were supported throughout the entire journey.
The whole team honestly couldn’t have done any more to make this difficult day go as smoothly as it did.
Having been to a few funerals in my time, I have to say that my mum’s was one of the nicest I’ve been to, and I’m certain had she been able to express so herself, she would have agreed.
