I chose Whitmey’s for my mother’s funeral based on their wins for ‘Customer Service and Commitment’ in the Swale Business Awards for two consecutive years. From the very first phone call and subsequent meeting, which was in the immediate hours after my mother’s death I completely understood why they have received these awards.
Alex has a rare and enviable quality of making you feel like you’ve known him all your life as a trusted friend. Nothing is too much trouble; he is warm and welcoming, informative, respectful and trustworthy. You just know you and your loved one will be in good hands from start to finish and you can fully relax, knowing that everything, absolutely everything has been take care of and for a very reasonable price.
I can’t complete this review without mentioning their tiny office dog, who is a gentle and quiet little chap and provides a perfect distraction in times of tears. Oh, and you know how you can tell a lot about a man by his shoes? Alex has some fabulous ones!
